For Set Amsterdam, Dana Lixenberg photographed dozens of Amsterdam locations featured in the Dutch drama series Adam E.V.A. by Norbert ter Hall and Robert Alberdingk Thijm. Fascinated by the multitude and variety of places in the script, she decided to make a photo series of the city she left for New York more than twenty years ago: her birthplace, Amsterdam.
